Eight capability axes. Forty sub-axes. The ranking runs on the Capability score — one levelled read, scored 0–5 and averaged across all forty sub-axes. Sub-axes with no public evidence count as 0.
ScopeThis page measures the public record. It does not estimate undisclosed internal capability. Vendor material is included but discounted for independence, verifiability, and breadth.
