Privacy

What we collect, what we don't, and the basis on which we operate.

Cyborgs of Earth is a market-intelligence publication for humanoid robotics and physical AI. We are a small team. This page describes our data practices in plain English.

What we collect from anonymous visitors

Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, referrer, requested URL, timestamp) for security, fraud prevention, and rate limiting. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. We use a single first-party cookie to remember your theme preference and your cookie consent choice; both are stored locally in your browser.

Analytics

If we run product analytics, they are aggregate and privacy-preserving. They are only loaded after you opt in via our cookie banner. If you have not consented, no analytics scripts run.

Accounts

If you create an account (currently invite-only for analysts and admins), we store your email and authentication metadata via our backend provider. We do not sell or share account data.

Lawful basis (EU/UK)

We rely on legitimate interest for serving the public site and necessary server logs, and on consent for any non-essential cookies or analytics.

Retention

Server logs: up to 30 days. Account data: until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Email admin@cyborgsofearth.com.
